Protecting the chimpanzees of Mt. Hoyo through improved law enforcement

Objectif général

The purpose of this project is to enhance security of chimpanzees in the Hoyo-Virunga landscape by establishing a patrol-based law enforcement system, identifying the current status and threats facing chimpanzees in the landscape, and educating communities about wildlife laws and the Institut Congolais pour la Conservation de la Nature (ICCN).
