Marine conservation in the Gamba complex: integrating marine and terrestrial protected area management

Objectif général

To integrate the new marine protected area into the management planning of Gabon’s Loango National Park and the Gamba complex. The project is intended to conserve marine and terrestrial habitats in Loango and Gamba complex by engaging stakeholders and partners together with the Gabonese National Parks Agency (ANPN) and Fisheries Department (ANPA) in the development of an Application Decree, a Management Plan, and artisanal fishing zones.
