Marine turtle monitoring and protection in the Republic of the Congo

Objectif général

To continue community-based sea turtle conservation programs in the coastal area of the Republic of the Congo outside the Conkouati Douli National Park. The intent is to protect nests and nesting females from poaching and reduce sea turtle injury and mortality from artisanal fisheries.
